21st Hike - Leaving the Dogs Behind

On our way, we were not sure whether or not we were actually going to be able to hike....

It was pretty dark in the sky, but it was moving eastward, so we decided to take a chance...

There is a piece of the Bruce Trail, just off of the Escarpment Sideroad in Caledon where this sign is posted:
So we ventured forth sans dogs, but with our son, Joshua.
The trilliums were just coming into bloom, so we were blessed to see a lot of them.

We parked halfway between St. Andrew's Road and Mountainview Road. From there, it was straight into the woods on the west side of Escarpment Sideroad. Soon we came to some farmer's fields and past the Mountainview Rd. Access Trail. Shortly thereafter, we took a sharp left turn and walked on the edge of some beautiful properties.

From here, we went onto St. Andrew's Road for a piece, and then into the woods again for a small bit before walking back to the car on Escarpment Sideroad.
